“No time wasters. Quality visitors”
David Holder, Promotion and Display Technology Ltd

The UK’s only event dedicated to display technology - Electronic Information Displays (EID) - returned to the NEC, Birmingham on 16th & 17th February and saw an increase of 11% in the total number of visitors.

EID remains the only opportunity to view the wide range of display technologies from European and Far Eastern suppliers that is now available in the UK market.

The show allowed engineers, designers, buyers and end-users to keep abreast of all the latest developments in display technology to ensure that their company doesn’t fall behind in implementing ‘current best practice’ in their industry.

Several of the exhibitors had encouraging comments on the exhibition:-

“Very pleased with the show. Met a lot of existing and new customers. Will be back next year.”
Colin Saunders, Yeebo LCD Ltd

“My only complaint is that there were too many people visiting my stand to deal with!” Neville Milward, Ginsbury

“All in all a very good show”.
Janet Torley, Axon' Cable

The EID show was once again co-located with 5 other focussed manufacturing events including IPOT – image processing and optical technology, Machine Vision, Machine Building and Automation incorporating PneuMotion - air at work, Mtec – sensors, measurement and instrumentation, , and Practical Vacuum incorporating Semiconductor Processing to provide the visitors with an unrivalled access to the latest technology across a variety of disciplines and all under one roof!

Re-bookings for the 2006 shows, which will take place on 15th & 16th February, are already well under way. For more information on exhibiting at EID or any of the other exhibitions please tel 01822 614671, email gail.downham@trident-exhibitions.co.uk or visit www.eid.co.uk
